Rubber products supplier

We had the worst customer service you can imagine. Bough a lock from this place and received it broken. Called them mutliple times and they always said they will take care of it and call back but it NEVER happened!We finally got a call back but they wouldn't help us anymore because it's been over 6 months....Which is 100% their fault because we have called over and over again and they always said they took care of it but they didn't. Very sad and very disappointing!

To be expected but the home service is worth the cost.

A business that makes you say “never a good experience”. Professionalism is poor, prices feel made up on the spot and you will often walk in to 3 sales personnel on their computer and have to wait until they are finished typing an email or their conversation between each other, every time. Their good range of gear makes you tempted to revisit however lower your expectations to the basics for the customer service if you do.

Great experience here for last minute shopping for the caravan. Sam was very friendly and had great ideas.

I had friendly service when in store. I put some products on back order with payment as they didn’t have enough of the product in stock on December 3. Was told it would be a week or two for delivery. Kept phoning after two weeks with no contact from Clark Rubber. Simply told “not here yet” no one attempted to locate the product. One month after ordering I hadn’t been called so I contacted Clark Rubber. I was told it might arrive end of January. No concern from shop staff. The delay is holding up a construction job. Will be seeking a refund and taking my business elsewhere. If initial delivery estimate was 8 weeks I would not have back ordered product.

Bought a Lazy Spa Palm Springs from Outbax Camping as I thought buying from an Australian Supplier would be better than buying cheap online from an overseas supplier. Love my spa but unfortunately misplaced my manual and accessories. Needed these to empty and refill spa so contacted Outbax about 8 times even providing s/no. , photos and description of what I required. Dealing with Outbax was so frustrating and they just couldn't get it together to help me, so I went into Clarke Rubber in Morley. They sorted my issues and even gave me some extra replacement bits I might need in future. The service was amazing and I couldn't be happier that my spa is ready again to enjoy this summer. New owners, new era of poor service. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. Had to seek out for help by less that enthusiastic staff would just standing behind the counter ignoring paying clients. Very disappointing considering the old way it used to be run, I had hopes but they have been let down.

Great service. The staff are super helpful and really know their stuff. They even take the time to explain things.
